Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date on which the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement, for example by email or letter.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which we receive notification of your withdrawal.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, reimbursement will be made using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction.
You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
Services Started During the Withdrawal Period
If you have expressly requested that Smart Japan Trip begin providing the purchased service before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period, and you subsequently exercise your right of withdrawal, you may be required to pay an amount proportionate to the services already provided up to the time you inform us of your withdrawal.
If the service has been fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period, your right of withdrawal may expire where the legal requirements for such expiration have been fulfilled, including your prior express consent where required.
